Comprehensive support, every step of the way
From social skills groups to individual counseling sessions and comprehensive evaluations, we’re here to help.
Individual therapy sessions, for those who would also like to meet privately
While our social skills groups are highly effective, some may need individual care as well. Upon availability, our professional psychologists can meet with your child or teen one-on-one to work closely on developing and successfully implementing a customized therapy plan. All individual therapy cases include a parent training component as well to help generalize learned skills and to align goals.
Need a psychological evaluation? Let’s talk.
For a deeper understanding, we can provide a comprehensive evaluation to identify your child’s strengths and areas of need. These may include cognitive, academic, behavioral, social communication, adaptive functioning, social emotional, and executive functioning assessments. Results can help guide individualized educational goals and/or therapeutic supports as well as support meaningful progress.
With our team of licensed psychologists, we can skillfully evaluate and properly diagnose a wide range of presentations and differences including Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and anxiety-based disorders. Comprehensive Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations utilizing the ADOS assessment is also an area of specialty. An accurate diagnosis can empower parents to advocate and support children in meaningful ways and can guide treatment goals. Get in touch to learn more.
Our social skills groups help kids learn how to truly connect
Our program helps children and teens who have trouble making or keeping friends through skill-building group sessions led by psychologists. While our group sessions are fun, each activity is designed with purpose, combining intensive cognitive work on self-awareness, communication, and social skills to foster meaningful personal growth.
Meanwhile, parents meet for educational and support sessions at the same time.
Lasting change requires support in carrying new skills across environments. Our social skills groups uniquely include a parent training and support component every other week while kids are in their group sessions. Parents receive educational training to help mirror their kids newly learned skills in their homes and community. Learn more about our unique social skills groups below.
